Bible Class
March 10th, the teens began chapter 3 of This Changes Everything. This time, we discussed the importance for teens of making a church their own church, not just the church their parents bring them along to. Ideas were brought forward on how to make the Bible Class itself more engaging, including a change in location. In light of this, Teen Bible Class will be held in the upper room on March 17th.

We also brainstormed ideas for a potential unit on Christian music and spirituality in the media, with the idea brought forward to analyze lyrics from Jesus Christ: Superstar and other songs often found on Christian radio stations and measure them up to what the Bible actually says.

Teens meet Sundays from 9:15-10:15 between church services. Grab a donut, some juice, a friend, and join us!

Upcoming Events
Next SPYG meeting will be April 7th after late service.

Recent News
March 2nd the teens gathered for their monthly meetup. Following a devotion on Psalm 91 and a taco lunch, the teens played a variety of games including the ever popular "Wink Assassin." Activities for the coming weeks and months were also discussed, with the desire to have a cleanup day late in March, continued interest in seeing Avengers: End Game in April, and potential summer ideas including a lock-in. All in all, a pretty good time!
