Mr. Charles Galecki
Principal & Grades 7-8

Charles Galecki was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was adopted at the age of five and moved to Waukesha, Wisconsin. He is the oldest of six children. He attended Wisconsin Lutheran High School and Martin Luther College, graduating in 2015 with a degree in secondary physical education and elementary education. He has had the opportunity to participate in four internship programs through the Center for Urban Teaching. He has taught 4th grade twice and 5th grade twice in those four years. He is currently in a leadership cohort through the commission on Lutheran schools.  In his free time, Mr. Galecki enjoys sports, running, and playing with his kitten. He ran his first marathon in 2014. He enjoy wrestling, having participated in it since the age of six. Anything with competition is fun! Aaron Trimmer
Grades 5-6
Aaron Trimmer was born in Madison, WI to Karen and Newton Trimmer; he is the oldest of three siblings.  Aaron moved within the state of Wisconsin, from Fond du Lac, to Juneau, and finally to Beaver Dam where he attended grade school at St. Stephen’s and finished 8th grade at St. Paul in New Ulm, MN while his dad continued his ministerial training as a second career pastor.  Aaron was greatly influenced by his 7th grade teacher in Beaver Dam to dedicate his life to serving the Lord. Aaron graduated from Luther Preparatory School in Watertown, WI in 2000.  After high school, he attended and graduated from Martin Luther College, New Ulm, MN with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education.  In February 2005, he accepted a divine call to teach at St. Paul’s Elementary School. In addition to his teaching duties, Aaron serves as the Athletic Director.  While surrounded by Ohio fans, Aaron remains an avid Green Bay Packer and WI Badger fan.  In his free time, Aaron cares for his dog, fish, and plays Frisbee “disc” golf.  His wife, Jennifer, and him have  two daughters that the Lord has blessed them with. Christa Crass
Grades 3-4
Christa Crass was born in Saginaw, Michigan to her parents Curt and Becca Backhaus. She lived in Las Cruces, NM and Tomah, WI for most of her life. Christa is the oldest of four children. Mrs. Crass is a graduate of Luther Preparatory School (2014) and Martin Luther College (2018). She holds a degree in elementary education with a minor in Spanish.  In June of 2018, Christa got married to Charlie Crass who is currently the Vicar at Beautiful Savior in Grove City, OH.  In her free time, Mrs. Crass enjoys running, traveling, learning about languages and cultures, reading, and spending time with her husband and family. Christa has wanted to be a teacher since she was in Pre-K, so she is excited to help her students grow emotionally, academically, and spiritually this school year. Email: ccrass@stpaulsk8.org

 
Suzanne Geiger
Grades 1-2
Suzanne Geiger was born on September 15, 1955 in Charles City, Iowa.  Her father was a Pastor at Cross Lutheran.  When she was five, her father accepted a call to be Pastor at Immanuel Lutheran at Shirley, WI, which is about 15 miles south of Green Bay.  She attended Immanuel Lutheran grade school (1-8) and attended Manitowoc Lutheran High School graduating in 1973.  She then went to Dr. Martin Luther College and graduated in 1977 receiving a call to teach 1-2 grades at St. Paul's Lutheran Church where she has spent all of her ministry.  For enjoyment she likes to read, cross-stitch, ride her bicycle and watch many different kinds of sports.  She likes to spend time with family when she is able to get back to Wisconsin.  She also enjoys fishing and camping. Jeanine Heller
Kindergarten
Jeanine Heller was born in Evergreen Park, Illinois. She received her Bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Dr. Martin Luther College, and her Wisconsin state certification from Wisconsin Lutheran College. Jeanine’s first call was to St. Paul’s in Franklin, Wisconsin. Next, she took a call to teach at Apostles in San Jose, California, and later accepted a call to Trinity in West Bend, Wisconsin. Jeanine has had a lifelong interest in music, and has served as organist, keyboard accompanist, Junior Choir director, and in many other musical endeavors. From a young age the Lord placed an interest in her heart for missions, so she taught English as a Second Language in California, Japan, China, and the Czech Republic. She enjoys teaching Kindergarten children and appreciates their enthusiasm and faith in Jesus! Jeanine likes traveling, hiking, listening to music, and playing any type of keyboard instrument.  Email: jheller@stpaulsk8.org
